{Tart}

After a weekend trip to visit his grandma, Chris brought me a huge sack of lemons from a tree in her backyard. These California lemons are SO good, incredibly flavorful and will cause your face to completely shrivel into a pucker if you bite into one (which we did...ha!). Chris insisted that I use them to make lemonade, so I thought what the heck. Might as well try it!

Somehow I got stuck doing all of the manual labor. And yes, I'm wearing a juicy zip hoodie circa 2005. It's cozy and I just wear it indoors, so bite me.

Once I finished squeezing 4ish lemons, I made a quick simple syrup to sweeten the lemons right up! Mix it all together with some chilled water and bam, fresh squeezed lemonade.
