{On vacation we... ate at 'local' hotspots}

By local, I mean chains that just happen to be in Phoenix, and not many other places!

First up, In-N-Out

This friendly & quick fast food spot is cheap, delicious, and unfortunately always packed.
I'm not the biggest indulger in fast food, but will occasionally make a visit to In-N-Out for a cheeseburger and fries.

I love that the burger comes with an entire slice of onion (yay for delicious fire-breath!) and the special sauce they put on the buns.
As we sat and waited for our order, we watched one of the employees pushing potatoes through a slicer to make fresh french fries.
I have to applaud them for trying to be healthy!

After, we visited my personal favorite dessert mecca of wonderfulness, Yogurtland
Frozen yogurt heaven.

I'm one to stick with perfection once I discover it, and get the same exact thing every time.
Flavors: Madagascar Vanilla Bean, Toasted Coconut and Vanilla Wafer (when available)
Toppings: Shredded sweetened coconut & Mochi bits
YUM

My picks are pretty plain, but they have quite an assortment of flavors. Red Velvet Cupcake Batter, Matcha Green Tea, Tiramisu, Mango, Cookies & Cream, and more! Toppings are endless with fruit, cereal, candy, chocolate, nuts, and all kinds of things to drizzle.
