Happy Monday! I'm hoping all of my arizona friends survived the crazy flash floods & monsooning that happened over the weekend. I'm so thankful the rain finally came, as we have been swimming in humidity and choking on dust for far too long. A little part of my wishes it didn't rain the DAY after I finally caved and got my car wash - then again that is the true rain dance here in the desert.
Last week I hosted a ladies night at casita katherine for a few good friends. Finding whole30 recipes that also translate into entertaining dishes is no easy feat! With a few modifications I was able to make food for myself and food for the girls that left us all full and happy. The one of us that didn't get to join in the prosecco cheersing wasn't AS happy. But alas, two weeks to go!
