{Sauce}

I am a self-proclaimed Sam Fox restaurant fan girl. Arrogant Butcher is one of my favorite restaurants in the state (the chicken tabbouleh! Drool!), and Zinburger, Culinary Dropout, and Modern Steak are all top of my list options for work lunches, guests in town, or fun weekend plans.

I've been hearing all kinds of great things about Sauce, one of the less expensive, fast casual Fox concepts in the Valley. There is a location in Scottsdale that's always overflowing with people, so we decided to stop by. I have been dying to try the famous Classic Caesar & Parmesan thin crust pizza, which I've seen splashed all over Instagram by friends & other arizona bloggers.

We ordered the Chicken, Pine Nut, Tomato, Gorgonzola salad (sans nuts) to start, and the Chicken Caesar pizza. Plus two very necessary after work glasses of wine, which the gal must have picked up on since they were quite the heavy pour. Bless you cashier lady.

This.pizza.is.amazing. I don't know what else to say about it. The caesar dressing/sauce is fantastic, the chicken is great, and the veggies are the perfect toppings to pair with the thin crust to not make you feel like you ate a bowling ball as you waddle out of the restaurant. Plenty of fragrant fresh shaved parmesan so you don't feel like you're missing out on the traditional cheese on your pizza. But this is far better.

Arizona people (or frequent visitors) what's your favorite Fox concept?
