{THE Salad}

I am a salad snob. There has yet to be a restaurant salad that I've liked enough to leave all of the ingredients alone. Typically you'll find me substituting tomatoes for olives, adding avocado (to everything, I mean, come on.), removing croutons, and generally pulling items from all the salads on the menu until I've created the perfect veggie mound. Dressing on the side, please.

I realize I'm exceptionally fun to go out with. 

But behold! Switch, in Phoenix, you've outdone yourself. The perfect salad, ready to be recreated at home by me and anyone else who's reading this post and dying for a new salad combo. It's perfect people...perfect. If all else fails, visit the restaurant. Clearly they know what they're doing.

THE Salad
Switch Restaurant's Super Chop Salad
  •  Kalamata Olives
  • Sweet Corn
  • Artichoke Hearts
  • Cannelloni Beans
  • Cucumbers
  • Tomatoes
  • Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • Shaved Carrots
  • Lettuce
  • Balsamic Honey Vinaigrette
- Chop the things. Then mix. Then eat.

  3. I recognized that Switch salad right away. I mean, come on, that salad is amazing. And, it's probably the only salad I've ever ordered as is also. I miss our salads for lunch with you and our never-ending attempt to concoct the perfect salad!
