Sometimes there is nothing better than a date night at home. Time to get cozy, pop in a great movie, drink some wine and make homemade pizza together. Chris loves movies, and I love falling asleep in movies, so you can imagine this is something we do pretty often!
My current favorite homemade pizza?
It's so easy to make!
Katherine's Favorite Pizza
-- Slice onions and sautee with olive oil a splash of balsamic vinegar, & 1 tbl. brown sugar
-- Roll out Trader Joe's raw pizza dough
-- Spread Dalmatia fig spread all over, leaving room for crust
-- Crumble goat cheese
-- Bake at 425 for 10ish minutes
-- When the pizza comes out of the oven and is still hot, lay thinly sliced prosciutto on top.

-- Crumble goat cheese
-- Bake at 425 for 10ish minutes
-- When the pizza comes out of the oven and is still hot, lay thinly sliced prosciutto on top.
Let sit for a few minutes to cool, and slice away! While you're waiting, open the wine & pop in a movie.
Gentleman. Trying to impress a lady friend? Do all of the above as a surprise, including this glorious chick flick. Minimal effort, greatly positive outcome. Promise she'll be beaming.
