{Summer Food - Pasta Salad}

An incredibly simple recipe, this pasta salad is great for BBQs, summer dinners,
or in our case - roadtrip to SD food.

I whipped up the salad the night before we left,
poured in gladware, packed two plastic forks & we were good to go!

Ready for the simple ingredients, steps & delicious looking finished product?

Boil your favorite pasta.
I liked the look of this twisty pasta that came in our Costco pasta pack.

Chop & add antipasto ingredients, like salami, greek olives and feta.
I buy them from the deli at the market, which lets you can pick the ones you like best.

Shred some mozzarella.
Steam some broccoli.
Combine.

Toss with your favorite italian salad dressing or vinaigrette.
Marvel at the fact you just finished that in 20 minutes.
Enjoy!
