{checking in}

Do you ever feel like someone is keeping an eye on you? Just making sure you are mostly happy, doing alright and staying on track.

I was doing a little spring cleaning when I moved the mat in front of my sliding glass door. Not noticing anything unusual, I went on my way windexing the grayish black layer of soot off of the outside glass. In an effort to not end up looking like the chimeny cleaners in Mary Poppins, I paused to grab a new paper towel. Sitting right underneath was a smile.
